Jimmy John's - Kingman

I was very disappointed today. I went to get some lunch. Took forever to get my order. Speaker is very low and hard to hear. My order was taken wrong. I wanted an ultimate porker but somehow ended up with a pepe. Not an ideal spot to get lunch if you'regoing to have to return to get the right order afterwards.

Jimmy John features a new sandwich The Beefy Chunch however they didn't have the crunch onions on hand for the sandwich. They still charged me the same price even without the onions.

I have tried quite a few times to give them a chance but I?m always met with terrible customer service and/or the order being wrong. Usually putting cheese on when requested for it to be left off (allergy) or this last time getting a sandwich with breadmeat and cucumbers when I order it with everything on it. I would understand the mistakes if they were busy but these alwayshappen when they completely empty inside and out

The sandwiches are always fresh and tasty! My favorite is an unwich! No bread, all the goodness in a sandwich, but instead, wrapped in lettuce. YUMMY!????

Food was good... that's why they get a 2 star... Allowing dogs into a food establishment I don't agree with!!! Don't get me wrong, I love dogs... however there is a reason they aren't allowed in restaurants and public places. Then the employee's werepetting and touching it. Absolutely apolling and disgusting! I will not be coming back until this stops!
