Jimmy John's - Kings Island

Service is really slow. Person at thecashier is not even paying attention and her back Istowards the door texting

I love Jimmy John’s. But not this one. It’s convenient so I’ve been many times to this location. Every. Single. Time I use the drive thru, it’s a solid ten minute wait. I’m usually the first car in line, too. What are they doing in there? It’s not busy inside so I just don’t understand. I don’t think I will be returning.

Consistent quality. They don’t always have delivery drivers though…

I filed my original complaint on 1/7 on the Jimmy John’s website and got the common we are sorry email with the promise that someone would be reaching out but here it is over 12 days later and nothing! Horrible food and even worse customer service!

Only ones in line took 10 minutes for someone to take our order, gave me a dirty cup that was half full, and got my order wrong.
