Truly wild that a 3-strip meal can cost more than the 6-wing, but when they 're out of wings, they 'll just sub in strips. Man, I should just get my timing right and save a few bucks. Especially when they also toss the strips in the wing sauce, producing a superior product. Secret menu please?

Would have been 5 stars but they ran out of spicy chicken just as I got there.

First off, the person in the drive-through on the evening of Friday 1/5/24 was simply LOVELY and truly a breath of fresh air. I've gone to various Popeyes for years and years, and this was the friendliest person I have EVER encountered. They also gave me plenty of sauce, which is frankly a miracle based on my past experiences with Popeyes employees.With that being said, the food was bad here in relation to all Popeyes I've been to. Out of 3 chicken fingers, only one was an actual chicken finger, and the other two were weird shriveled skinny things comprised of mostly breading. This does happen from time to time at various locations, but these just seemed like something that simply shouldn't be sent out.Additionally I was a bit nauseated later that evening and I think it may be because this location is not changing out or cleaning their fryers frequently enough. Or maybe the food was just old. The biscuit did not taste fresh, and even the red beans and rice seemed to be missing flavor (which is an absolute first for me). It has been probably six months since I visited any Popeyes, so maybe the recipe has been changed.My mobile order was ready on time and the drive-through was not stacked.The friendly and helpful employee saved this place from receiving a 1/5 with that hot garbage they're sending out.

Addicting chicken sandwiches and wings! Our family loves that chicken from Popeyes. Friendly staff that may make mistakes on your order but they are great at correcting and sometimes overcompensating when your order comes out wrong. For this reason and that their chicken is delicious we keep coming back. Recommend using their app for freebies and rewards .

WHO IS THE MANAGER AT THIS MASON MONTGOMERY LOCATION?!?! You and your staff are awesome!! Your staff is well trained and very polite. They are truly doing a great job! The food is not greasy and the beans and rice...truly fresh! I love it!! Finally, a fast food restaurant you look forward to coming back too. Thank you!
