Costa Coffee

I haven't written a review for a Costa Coffee shop in a long time, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience at Costa Kings Lynn. Despite the chain's overall decline since the pandemic, this particular location, opposite Clarks shoe store, stood out as exceptional. The staff were efficient and worked well as a team, ensuring that customers didn't have to wait too long for service. The tables were promptly cleared and wiped, and the toilets were clean. I was impressed with the service and cleanliness at Costa Kings Lynn. Great job!

The cappuccino was large and delicious, and the carrot cake was also very tasty. The service was quick, and there was free wifi available. I had a great seat by the window.

The coffee at Costa Coffee is not the best - it often tastes weak. However, the friendly staff more than make up for it.

We popped into this central coffee shop sited in the pedestrianized High St in Kings Lynn for our usual caffeine fix. The staff are good and the coffee served is up to the normal standard expected from this chain. However, the coffee on the first occasion was not as hot as we liked but a very pleasant member of staff replaced it immediately. The cafeteria was clean and tidy and so we can recommend this coffee shop.

Visited here Tuesday 4th August. Very central to the town with easy access for anyone. Marked out for social distancing. Got a table ok. Drinks were good and of course at a cheaper price. Didnt like the attitude of the girl behind the counter who was quite abrupt to my wife to wear a mask when sitting at the table while i was being served. Good thing is toilets have a code so not every one can use who are not customers
