Hardee's - Kings Mountain

Hardee's has the best hamburgers! The staff was very helpful and made sure I got the perfect burger. Since we have Carl's Jr. on the West Coast, where their famous burger is called the Famous Star, they recommended the same thing here, and it was just as great!

On one occasion, I went through the drive-thru and received the wrong meal. Since I live over an hour away and typically eat while on the road, I was quite disappointed and ended up writing a negative review. However, the next morning, I received an email from the manager. She reached out to make things right, and when I mentioned I visited once a month, she offered to have me back. When I returned, not only did Amanda honor my complimentary meal, but after learning about my visits to Kings Mountain, she generously offered to buy me another sandwich from her own pocket. I truly appreciated her kindness and did not want to take advantage, but it warmed my heart to know that there are still genuinely good people in this world.

The interior of the restaurant is lovely, and the staff is wonderful. It's an excellent spot if you're seeking high-quality food and outstanding service—something that’s hard to find these days. The cashier was particularly attentive and helpful.

Always have a great service if we have friendly people there that I like it there, that is what the customer service is all.
