Mcdonald's - Kings Mountain

Have gotten wrong orders and stank attitudes the last 2 times I've visited this location. Thankfully when I call and come back to get it fixed they do get it right, but the attitude is still there. I'm giving this location one last shot before I give up on them forever. I'd rather drive to Shelby and come back home with cold food that's correct and paired with good customer service than to give these people my business if they can't get it together. Hire another manager or something. You've got dozens of complaints here.

Every time I visit this McDonald's, there seems to be an issue. On my last visit, three girls and a guy were gathered together, laughing and showing each other something on their cell phones, completely ignoring me while I waited to place my order. It got to the point where I had to mention that I was going to be late for work. This time, when I ordered a coffee with six creams and six sugars, they got it wrong. I had to return not just once, but twice, and on the second trip, they shorted me on sugar again. To make matters worse, I found about ten visible coffee grounds floating in my cup. There was no apology offered, and once again, I was almost late for work. The staff were both rude and lazy.

This is the slowest place....and try cleaning the lobby some.

Never go after 8 through the drive threw they are rude trying to rush you to get your food they bout dropped our food rushing us to get it and practically throwed our drinks at us with no straw and no receipt and there was no car behind us.

Usually pretty quick. Not always. Food usually correct. Not always. I check it before leaving the window. Prices continue to go up but they do offer deals and sales at times. Editing review they are continually going down hill. Waited almost an hour forfood the other day. Typically we choose McDonald's for a quick bite. I don't expect to wait over an hour for food here. Staffwas very scattered and lacking leadership it seems.
