Worst Customer Service ever on a bp. The staff was rude, didn't wanted to help at all, this incident happened between 6:15pm to 6: 30 pm today

It is a no star from me.Today at 12.30am I fuelled my car around 85 AUD and that guy didn't give me my uber discount and he kept my Australian driver's licence with him during I fuel my car. Honestly, this is the worst bp and worst service. If I could give them back that fuel I give them back. Don't go to this place. There is another BP at Polaris shopping centre. The service and that people are amazing compared to this awful service.

Staff is really unprofessional, no greetings and when ask questions they don’t know anything I come here often for car wash but today a rep named ANUJ who said dry will not work after 6 pm which doesn’t make any sense. I’ve contacted surrounding bp stores and everyone at the store said it’s open 24 hours and they don’t have any such thing to close dry after 6 pm Not happy with the staff and service
