Kefi Souvlaki and Pizza Bar

My initial review was removed by Kefi, it appears they only want to showcase the positive feedback and delete any negative comments. My main issue was the complete absence

While seated at one of the few indoor tables at Kefi, I overheard a man in a suit telling the cashier that they serve the best gyros in Australia.

We had a 50th birthday here last weekend, there were about 12 off us and we had the banquet menu.The starter was a plate of dips and a lovely warm bread. The dips were lacking in seasoning as was most of the food. The bread was really good. Then we had the calamari and octopus,which were OK but not anything special.The next plate was the chicken which was a bit dry, pork and lamb kebabs all OK but lacking the lemony Greek flavour I look forward to when I eat Greek food. The salads were fresh but again nothing special. The desert was the fried dough balls, I can't remember their name, apparently very good according to others at my table.I would recommend not getting the banquet but choosing your meals.The staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you're after authentic Greek food this is the place to go. We had an assortment of about ten dishes and they were all amazing. Excellent service and very helpful staff in choosing the dishes...I'll be back. Reasonably priced as well.
