Chi-ago's Phat Smoke - Kingsland

Very disappointed there was no smoke rings no bark no flavor not tender I don't even want to call it brisket I'm use to real BBQ and why was the slaw brown?

I just picked up a Brisket Philly and it absolutely amazing. It had red and green onions and their special sauce. Awesome Philly!!!

I caught Phat at the Kingsland Welcome Center in Jan 2022. The best BBQ I've had in years. The flavor and texture of the pork was perfect. Juicy, tender with just the right amount of smoky accent. No need for extra sauce. I can't wait for my next trip to GA.

Love the food and people. Great customer service. Have used them for catering for work and home. As well as stopping at the truck. YUMMMY. The food is alwasy great, large portions.

The BBQ is outstanding! I had a sandwich at the Wellnesspalooza last week. James and Christina are amazing people, they gave their time to cook for a Rotary fundraiser dinner last year and it was a huge success! They're a valuable asset to Camden County.
