La Tequila Jalisco - Kingsland

I would love to give more stars but the service Sunday morning was very, very slow. We didn't get our drinks (1 draft Dos XX and a Michelada) until well after our food was served, which also took a long time. It's nice to bring the jetskis over and enjoy some tacos so we'll definitely be back.

My family and I were planning on going to another mexican restaurant today and just found out they are closed for a week. I happened to find this local restaurant online. We gave it a try and boy, we were so glad we came here!! Their service was excellent (as our server was attentive and courteous)! We liked their queso and salsa. The atmosphere was neat too! My son and I ordered the queso dipped enchiladas while my wife and other son ordered chicken fajita quesadillas. Our food was great and they had really good refried beans (as most Mexican restaurants’ beans are usually a little bland). My wife and I didn’t order alcohol at this time, but we will next time. Their tea tastes really fresh topped with lemon. ? As we are from San Antonio, we are here for a family vacation and we look forward to coming back in few days! You won’t be disappointed! I was surprised about other bad reviews, just sometimes they are really too picking and we all are human. Just relax and enjoy La Tequila Jalisco! ?

Fajitas were amazing and you get your moneys worth for sure. Queso salsa and chips were also top notch.

I had no idea this place had several locations! This location was in Kingsland, another location is in Fredericksburg! This court is $18! After eating the upper layer, there was a whole lower half that I returned to our AirBnb. Amazing aromas and portions! Must try!

Let me tell you if you ask what size Margarita you want, please understand that the big one is ENORMOUS. Don't complain! It was delicious, but I was indeed surprised by the size. Eating is average quesadillas were very easy. But for the price, the taste is still quite good despite the lack of complexity on the duck. Beans and rice are good and so is the queen. There was live music while I was here, and my party was right next to her. The sound was not overwhelming and our toddler had a great time. All employees were friendly and attentive and patient. Pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed my time here.
