Arby's offers decent food overall, but I definitely wouldn't recommend their fish sticks – a solid 10 out of 10 for not ordering those again! The restaurant is clean, and the staff is fairly friendly. Here’s my rating breakdown: Food: 3/5, Service: 3/5, Atmosphere: 3/5.

Wonderful customer service and team work!! I had placed a mobile order through the app to this location by mistake, so I called them and explained what happened and asked if I could cancel the order since I don’t have a “cancel” option on my order confirmation screen. The assistant manager said they could not cancel the order, but she may be able coordinate with another store transfer my order to the Johnson City location I intended to pickup from. She was very friendly to speak with and seemed like she genuinely cared. I was able to pick up my order from the JC location with no problem. As soon as I got there, they knew the ordeal, had my food ready, and thanked me for stopping by. Wow! The food is outstanding, earning a perfect score for its quality and flavor. The service is also top-notch, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I highly recommend trying their Coke products, Beef 'N Cheddar, and Roast Beef, as well as sweet treats like the Apple Turnover.
