Contribuisci feedbackSa in the drive thru for 15 min, which is good, since I am sure they are short workers like all others but for the long wait I our order 2 small bloomings and the tassen were barely 3/4 of the wise full, not the usual over the top can not even have a lid on that they come to expect from dairy queen. have been called for 30 minutes without answer and if I did not come in my swimsuit directly from the pool I would go in. come on, dq y’all has to do better, no one has to waste money on half orders!
I waited over 10 minutes in line with three people ahead of me, the staffing should shut the place down because there is hardly anyone working in there. The cashier could not hear me due to the plexiglass only in front of the register. They have left out half of my order. Were they keep the ice cream cakes was coated with bits and pieces of old cake on the bottom an absolutely horrible experience. The men's restroom was atrocious!
Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no one talking and I said hello over and over and no one answered. They took the car in front of me order and the car behind me no problem. They didn't even have to wait long. So I pull on up to the window without having my order taken and they told me yeah we couldn't take your order cause we were busy and everyone has to wait. The lobby was closed. All they had was drive thru. I've worked fast food and know that even if you can't take someone's order right then, you tell them to hold on a minute I'll be with you shortly. I told them this and they acted like I was crazy. They said well there's no way for us to take your order you'll have to get back in line. I just spent like 10 mins in line. They finally said they would take my order but it would be behind the cars behind me so I'd have to pull up and wait. They gave all the cars behind me their food and then a whole new set of cars. I'm not saying that dairy queen sucks or that I won't go back. This was just this one time experience that was ridiculous. I've worked fast food. I worked at Hardee's doing front line by myself at 17 my first job with only 2 people in the store. One on front and one on back. It's not that difficult to tell someone hold on a moment.
Ice cream treats are fine but they need to figure out a solution to the drive thru wait. Perhaps have large orders wait in the parking lot and walk out to the car with it. This would speed things up
This is completely absurd. When the pre message says businesses are doing the best they can during COVID thing .. there isn 't really an excuse. 3 days closed in a row. If you guys are going to stay closed then just shut your doors completely and let someone else take over. Someone needs to contact the franchisee over it. Closed on a Friday Saturday and Sunday ?! The 3 busiest days of the week ?! Come on now.
