Our ladies group likes to try different restaurants, every few months. We decided to venture to Fusion at Ridgefields (site of the former Country Club). Atmosphere was great! Waitress was Great! That's where the great experience ended. We all tried Tex Mex. The food was mmm.. just ok. Overpriced for what we got. The avg plate was $16. Most had the chimichangas. Went for a retirement party, appetizers were great, Most people ordered the burger, asked for medium which it was but the bun was burnt black on bottom, just asked for the bottom bun replaced as I rarely send anything back, finally came after everyone had eaten with nothing on the burger and burnt to a crisp with burnt residue of the cheese on the edges, no bacon just a black briquette of meat on a soft bun lol, waitress did ask to try for a 3rd time to bring something edible from the kitchen … – show
The salted watermelon margarita was the best part of the meal, unfortunately. The chicken in the chimichanga was tough and grisly. Will not be going back.
Food was excellent service was only so so. The server seemed to forget about us which was hard to understand as there were only about 3 tables of customers.
