Contribuisci feedbackI didn't dine at this restaurant, but I stopped by to use the restroom to change my baby. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were in a terrible state. The floors appeared to have not been cleaned properly in years, and the smell was unbearable. Having worked in the service industry for years, I can confidently say that the condition of the restrooms reflects the cleanliness of the kitchen. Based on this experience, I wouldn't feel comfortable eating here. As I was leaving, I couldn't help but notice that the glass doors and windows were also filthy. It was just an overall unpleasant sight. I'm sharing this review because if I owned this franchise, I would be embarrassed to see it in such disarray and would want to address how management is allowing it to deteriorate.

There have been multiple occasions where they mismanaged our order, and even after a struggle, it was still wrong. The fries are never hot and fresh. Today, I ordered a McRib, and it arrived folded in half on a quarter-pounder bun. Just two weeks ago, my husband went to get us breakfast. After waiting almost 30 minutes in the parking lot, he went inside to ask about the delay. They asked if he had a receipt, which he didn’t because the first window hardly ever gives them out. After unnecessary arguing—something I know they could easily avoid since I worked at a McDonald's for three years—they finally agreed to give him our breakfast. However, when he got home, we found out they forgot a sandwich and two hash browns. Every manager I've spoken to has been extremely rude, and the staff at the counter and drive-thru aren't much better, often rolling their eyes and showing poor attitudes. As I mentioned earlier, these issues aren't just isolated incidents; this is how it goes every single time we go there.
Always forget something.. Sause for nuggets after ask what kind u want..never napkins. Pull u forward to wait every time. Every car.. Guess that helps drive thru times.. Won't go back after this happens 100% OF THE TIME!
I would give 100 stars if possible. I work nearby always place a mobile order for coffee food for my lunch. This is probably my 50th time in the drive through this yea... I yet to have any complaints! But what I do have is some praise comments. *Fast fresh/hot* food, (including fries), coffee ALWAYS made correctly, AMAZING customer service, clean environment... I just can'tsay enough positive things! My local McDonald's can't compare to Stone Drive! I am always greeted with a smile and they even use yes m'am ! I'm completely blown away with the high quality service! All team members here deserves a raise! ????????
