The team at this McDonald's was outstanding! They were short-staffed due to some last-minute call-ins, and yet it felt like a busy rush hour. I want to give a big shout-out to the crew for their hard work. If any of them were feeling stressed, they didn’t let it show. Their energy and dedication were impressive. I didn't use the restroom, but the counter and dining area were clean. A great team reflects well on the manager, and it was clear that the manager was in sync with the crew that morning. Food: 5/5.

What’s the point of this place being open 24 hours? 6 times in the past month, my fellow nurses and I have tried to get McDonald’s as we work nights and every time one of us goes thru there we are told “our systems are down.” Update:Jyst don’t bother at all. Even if you can get food, you have a snowball’s chance in hell of getting what you ordered. Seriously, y’all can’t make a double cheeseburger as described on the menu??? No changes, additions or deletions. Can’t even get a standard menu item right?

Came through at 5:55am this morning, ordered 2 sausage Buiscut’s with cheese and a Carmel macchiato. I get to work and there’s no cheese which I paid extra for and they never gave me my receipt. I called and spoke to the most rediculous manager BRIAN who told me to keep my food for 24 hours and bring it back since I’m at work. 1 that’s soooo unsanitary and a health violation so I will be reporting that and 2 whose going to keep there food for 24 hours just to bring it back a show someone they messed up. I took pictures but I’m sure when I do go back they’re going to find some excuse to say they didn’t mess up. It’s just bizarre to tell customers to keep their food for 24 hours just to show you that you messed up. Poor management. Food Karen or not that’s just gross

We ordered about $40 worth of food, but unfortunately, they got our order wrong. The receipt was accurate, but I was in a hurry to get home, so I didn't check the bag like I usually do. It wasn't until we got home and I started unpacking the bag that I realized the mistake. By then, it was too late to drive back. This has happened before, but I was able to address it while I was still at the restaurant because I checked my bag then. The takeaway from this experience is to always check your bag to ensure you have all the correct items, including the kids' meals. Also, if you order a burger, make sure the meat is included!
