Papa Johns Pizza - Kingsport

We just moved to Kingsport, and ordered from this store twice. The first pizza was ordered with stuffed crust, but came with regular crust. The second order was supposed to be extra cheese. No extra cheese, barely regular cheese. And, honestly it has the flavor and texture of a Little Caesars...at twice the price. Usually, PJs is our favorite pizza, not so for this location.

Until today I would have said even a bad pizza is still good because it's pizza. Unfriendly service, sausage tastes gross the toppings are sparce, the dough is so thin its like a cracker, pizza was hardly warm at all at pick up... it's just gross. Walmart pizza is honestly money better spent. I regret this purchase definitely won't be back.

This place and its employees are trash. Over 3 hours to get a pizza, and the people working here are very uneducated with zero class. Corporate really needs to get a handle on this store or just shht it down and put these worthless employees in the soup line...where they belong.

If I can give a zero star I would. I told them to have my pizza done by 1145am. I got a message saying it was done at 1120am. I called them and said I wanted fresh pizza, not pizza that's been sitting there for 25 minutes. The lady on the phone said they would remake it. Once I arrived at 1138am. The manager guy got an attitude with me when I asked why my pizza wasn't remade when I was told it would be. He said it was fresh and slammed the pizza on the counter in front of me and said do you want it or not. He said they were busy and it would take over 30 minutes to make. They didn't have any orders on the screen. When I asked again why it wasn't remade when I was told it would be, he got even louder with me. I asked him who the manager was and he said he was. I told him I would call corporate and he said he didn't care do what I want. If I didnt have a little kids birthday party to get to, I would of went somewhere else. The pizza was barely warm. He is a horrible excuse of manager and should be fired. Who raises there voice at a customer?

Let me start by saying I love this place the food has always been great here until the today ..we ordered online which said our food wouldn't be ready for an hour ok they're busy got there the lady was real nice like everyone there is..got back to the house about 15 minutes the pizza was cold the wings were cold as well.. note to self don't order online again just go inside to eat..still my favorite pizza
