Renewed Brew Coffee Company - Kingsport

The person working at the counter was not wearing a mask upon entering, so I decided to go to a different corner where everyone was polite and respectful enough to wear masks.

Renewed brew is not a proper KOFF-SHOP!! I first informed the owners about our terrible experience, hoping that they could accept constructive criticism and create a better business. winston johnson replied to my e-mail to let me know that he did not care about the quality of the product I received, nor did he care about our terrible experience. after ordering our 3 coffees, (and wait for them for over 15 minutes in an empty coffee shop we went out and threw our drinks in the müll.

The service and the coffee were amazing! I just moved into the opposite and went on for the first time and kaira was incredibly welcoming and helpful, not only that they quickly order my drink, but she began to review a conversation about her favorite places in the opposite for me! the service was wonderful and the coffee was so recommended!

Renewed Brew is not a suitable coffee shop. I initially contacted the owners to provide feedback on our disappointing experience, hoping they would be open to improving their business. However, Winston Johnson responded to my email indicating he had no interest in the quality of the product or our negative experience. Despite ordering three coffees and waiting over 15 minutes in an empty shop, we ultimately left and discarded our drinks.

This place is great! Sad thing is they're only open Tuesdays right now. The more we shop here though the more hours and days they will be open.
