Subway - Kingsport

On December 1, 2020, my boyfriend and I stayed at the La Quinta Inn, which is located across the street from the subway. I decided to go over there a bit late to grab something to eat. The sandwich artist behind the counter greeted me warmly, and we had a wonderful conversation while she prepared my sandwich. She was absolutely delightful—graceful, poised, and polite. I found myself laughing genuinely thanks to her charming personality. It was a much-needed break after our long drive. The food was fantastic, made quickly and without any mistakes. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience!

The restaurant was tidy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. My friend and I placed our orders, and the women at the counter took a moment to chat with us while assisting, which was nice since we were travelers with some questions about the area. It wasn't very busy when we arrived, likely just before the lunch rush. Our sandwiches were delicious. While there isn't a restroom in the Subway itself, you can find one in the gas station next door.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The young man and woman working today did an outstanding job; they were very respectful and engaged in wonderful conversations, providing excellent customer service that truly made me feel welcome. It brought me so much joy to see them! I chose my sandwich and allowed the young lady to prepare it however she thought best, letting her select the bread and all the ingredients. I must say, it was absolutely delicious! And that caramel apple cookie? Wow, it was fantastic! The wonderful young man who completed my order even thanked me for what I do, which was so sweet of him. Thank you all for your amazing service—you truly made my day!

I tried to order a double meat sub and the sandwich maker as which meat I wanted to double. I said of all them. I was told I would need to pay double price for each meat. I replied and left. Something has changed. That's the way it's never been before. They looked at me like I was crazy through the bread away and told me I could not be served anymore. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told by the one who threw my stuff away that she was the manager and that her boss was out of town.

They are fast and friendly at this location. They are located in between a Duncan Donuts and a Shell Gas Station. There is almost always a line when I visit but, you get thru it quickly. Always seats inside.
