Tcby - Kingsport

It's one of the few places where you can find mint chip frozen yogurt! I also really appreciate how friendly the staff is!

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, with three cars behind me, and not a single employee came to the window until the driver of the car behind me got out and knocked on it. A young man eventually appeared and told us that walk-in customers were being served first. It seemed like our business didn’t matter even after we had been waiting. Frustrated, we decided to leave, and the three cars behind me followed suit. So much for our traditional post-first-day-of-school treat at TCBY. I suggest looking into better staffing.

The yogurt was excellent. But more than that, the lady that waited on my wife and me was great. She didn't scrimp on the toppings and was pleasant to talk to.

Got an ice cream that I didn't know what have nuts on it and they were so many in there that by the time I was done kicking I'm out I had a bowl of soup gross definitely not worth the 6 bucks

This place used to be fantastic, but during my recent visit, I found the cooler poorly stocked. There were only three flavors available, and many of the advertised options on the windows were no longer offered. When I asked about it, they mentioned that they hadn't updated the signs to reflect that the promotions had changed a week earlier. I was extremely disappointed with TCBY and have decided to start going to The Scoop in Gray instead.
