Wendy's - Kingsport

It is obvious that this load is fighting. they come here already (to the breakfast). eating is always served cold and the workers seem depressed. but from any wild reason I come back again and again, apparently love my eating served cold and try to cheat these workers the best I can!

I have went to this Wendy’s my entire life. Everytime you go you’ll either be in a line that takes an hour for 2 cars or they will be rude. After going the other night and they somehow closed 4 hours earlier than it said online and yesterday I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and didn’t even get to the order screen. There was maybe 5 cars there. Horrible service, horrible professionalism, and horrible place to eat. Will not be returning as I was even asked ,” why do you go back?” I never will again. And I will 100% never ever ever recommend this embarrassment of an establishment to anyone. Whoever the franchise owner or CEO may be needs to get a hold of this store before it ends up just like the Krystal that used to sit next to it

If I could give less then 1 star I would … this is one of the worst fast food places I’ve been to … not only was the lobby not open even though they were supposed to be but they gave me a baconator with uncooked bacon on it … I tried to contact corporate through the survey, asking to be contacted regarding the issues I had with their company but no one ever contacted me back …I’ll never go back to this Wendy’s and the lack of concern from their corporate headquarters has me questioning whether I will go to any Wendy’s again

The drive-thru is an absolute joke sat there for 15 minutes just to get a baked potato and some chili .... watching four cars drop off the line and drive away..... they didn't fill up my chili very much hardly any bacon on my potato had to re ask for crackers had to re-ask for sour cream, no knife to cut my cold baked potato with the 3 tiny pieces of bacon on it !!That place is hurting for certain never eat there if you don't have toI would have given it no stars if I was able to
