I had a great experience at the restaurant last night, especially with the delicious scent coming from my schish kebab plate. I can't wait to go back and try the Falafel plate next time. I heard the restaurant is still in development, which makes me even more excited. It seems like a fantastic place to enjoy good food and conversation. The restaurant is located in the former Tata pizza in Williamsville. Looking forward to seeing you again soon, Fidel. I had a great time chatting with you, Malcolm.
This restaurant is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. The meat is fresh and well-prepared. The butcher is skilled and the Lebanese and Mediterranean meat recipes taste just like they were made by a grandmother. From raw kefta to malseh and Kebih nayeh, everything is delicious. The prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend Boucherie Ali Baba if you're craving traditional homemade raw meat dishes. It's just like mom used to make.
This place was so beautiful! There were many antique artefacts that made the whole restaurant look so beautiful and gave its customers a cultural knowledge. The amount of food was a lot and it was amazingly boiled. I ordered a Shawarma chicken plate that also had rice and salad. That was the best I had in Kingston and this place makes me want again. The owner was very friendly to us while serving or explaining the menu and drinks. At the end of our meal we received a free tea drink. This tea was different than anything I ever had in my life. The owner tells us how this tea was made when usually restaurants do not tell you this kind of information. I was intrigued by this restaurant, it was rich in taste, culture and kindness. I would come back for food and especially tea!!! 10/10 SUMMARY AND SUMMARY
Casual restaurant where you order at the counter and your meal is delivered to your table in a few minutes. The lentil soup was quite good. The Falafel sandwich was just ok, the falafels themselves did not have much flavor and had a strange texture....My partner's butter chicken was fine but nothing special. Service was good and friendly, and the place was very clean and quite reasonably priced.
