famous king restaurant - Kingston

I had the Donair routine. while I was better at other places in kingston, it was still pretty good. service was also much better and faster than similar standsites. good for a fast meal.

I am not one to publish reviews and like to support small businesses, but I have been disappointed more than once by this restaurant. we were loyal customers and order all the time, the last time we ordered, donair pizza was...roh, order was not correct and coworkers gave me (the woman) for the wrong order, last time the order was over and a half hours to come here and pizza was stone cold. employees are not friendly. I will never order here again, even if the price was free.

I am really not impressed by this restaurant. it is quite a take-out / delivery place and is not really suitable for sitting. the staff was polite, but the falafel I had was dry and inconspicuous. eating seemed really Canadian and was not. the experience of the near east that I hoped.

We have visited this restaurant several times in the past few months and absolutely love it. The service is quick, the prices are fair, and the food is always delicious with great flavors. We especially enjoy the garlic paste. We will definitely be returning many more times in the future!

Went back today to get another medium donair. They took care of us last time, and they did it again. So tasty, right combo of ingredients, and the sweet sauce is delicious. Definitely filling even with only the medium. Will probably try the donair plate...next time.
