Lots of big rushes of people but when its quiet you feel welcome and comfortable all the same.I only wish they had outlets for charging devices.This is not Halal or vegan friendly but...Forgive me

Five Guys never fails. Best burgers, fries and shakes in the world ? the staff are amazing, friendly and are always happy, plus they all sing songs, what an atmosphere. I love it there, you will too!!

This was my first visit to a Five Guys restaurant. The menu is straightforward. I decided on a bacon cheeseburger with a small fry and drink, totaling over $20 without tipping. When they inquired about which toppings I wanted on the burger, there was a list by the cash register. I requested all toppings except for jalapeños, but then noticed there were actually two lists for toppings. Next time, I'll order online as there are too many options to decide on the spot. The cashier was average, but you need to make your selections quickly as there may be a line behind you. The tables were clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. I would give it a rating of 3.5 out of 5.

We ordered burgers and fries. Unfortunately, my burger was cold and the cheese was still hard, not melted. My wife's burger had a stale bun. I asked for mine to be reheated, and while the kid tried their best, they got in trouble for taking the food back to help. We probably should have requested a refund or a new burger, but we didn't have time. This will be our last visit here. Making a good burger shouldn't be that difficult. The fries, however, were great as always.
