Location 21 - Kingston

Very dirty, not so competitive, and lines are ridiculous. If you're just gonna use TAMs, it's good. If you want to spend your own money, I don't recommend it.

Waited for 40 minutes on a sandwich, just for her chicken on the vegetarian sandwich I ordered. in happy I checked and suspected it was chicken on him before eating it as I am a vegetarian. the guys who had done it had absolutely no idea what he did, he also wore no gloves or a hair net like the other staff. he didn't even apologize to make it wrong and went away. Another woman came to make it and used the wrong kind of cheese. again mistakes happen, but two in series along with not really care. they have a complete disregard for customer service and the seating area is absolutely disgusting, none of the tables are clean and the couches look like well rubbed in it. all in all terrible service, rude staff and disgusting buildings.

The food is okay, but the place is *filthy*. There are flies everywhere. In food, on the tables, on the soda machine, in the hair of men. The tables are never deleted. I am also quite sure that I have seen some grade students who write a thesis about the bacterial colonies that overtake the couch. The couch oozes like a sponge when you sit on it.

Nice place to have food in the queens campus!!! Its bright and all the emoyees there are very friendly!!!

Location, rooms , value for money great. Beds have plastic sheet underlay and the pillows are terrible (like sleeping on a plastic bag)
