Orange Julius - Kingston

The quality of the restaurant is not up to par. The wait was long and I will absolutely not be returning. It used to be quite good.

The customer service at this restaurant is very rude and the staff is extremely unprofessional. When I asked the staff member if they could add instructions to their app for pick-up orders, he responded by saying it was not his responsibility and that the manager would have to handle it. I wasted ten minutes trying to find the store because the staff member did not answer the phone and showed no care or concern.

If I could give a 0 I would. Rude male staff. Will never come here again.

On a quest to the mall we thirsted for a snack. Wandering to the food court we were surprised to find that the orange Julius was not also a Dairy Queen, a rarity these days. The smoothies were good but my boyfriend didn’t want to finish his small.

I've recently just started going to Orange Julius. The staff here are amazing and kind. Everytime I come here, I always order the premium triple berry smoothie with yogurt as well as the premium strawberry smoothie with yogurt. Everytime I get one of these 2 flavours, I'm 100% satisfied. I also enjoyed when they had the coupons on the premium medium smoothies. I will continue coming here :
