Arby's - Kingston

I gave five stars before, I came back to three after my experience yesterday. I love going here, especially for the turkey gyros, they are delicious. my friend and I ordered the app and he went in to get our food for us. he came into the car and said he forgot to ask for horsey sauce. I said I'd run in and get it. He told me that the guy inside was unhappy, so I didn't have to if I didn't want it. I don't care, it's just asking for sauce. Anyway, I came in there, and there was a girl, I think her name was amy, I told her we had an expulsion and forgot sauce, she went to get a few for me, and the shift manager crawled over her and left two packages in my hand. I just looked at him and said thank you. amy asked if I wanted more sauce and would give me four more. she was bruised and said she may give only one soße per sandwich. then she asked me how many sandwiches I have. we have three bags to eat. two kreise, four small sandwiches and two big ones. the layer manager rolled his eyes and was very rude over sauce. he had something in his back, and maybe it was the rest of the horse's lap.

Went thru drive Thru it was very quick and hot. Even thought it was gonna take awhile the person in front of me had a huge order but was pleasantly surprised that it didn't take long at all

The drive thru young lady was pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job. It was refreshing to see.The roast beef sliders, curly fries, crinkle fries, mint shake and double chocolate chip cookie was delicious. I am not sure what that Jamoca shake was supposed to be.

Great service.Just tries the nuggets after ordering there for 20yrs and they're thee BEST Fast food Nuggets,my exp was quality,super fast and so friendly I gave them a tip. Great Lunch.

I recently ordered nuggets and curly fries at this restaurant, and they got my order wrong. It took 20 minutes for my food to be ready, and when I asked for a refund, they ignored me until after another 20 minutes had passed. The cashier rudely grabbed the receipt out of my hands and started crying when I tried to speak with the manager. I will be returning to get a refund because I specifically ordered curly fries, not regular fries.
