My My mom took me to lunch today fomom ordered the sandwich Trio. After 40 minutes I had to ask the waitress to bring my mom her Broccoli soup.The waitress was not friendly. Seemed like she hated her job.After 1 hour I asked the waitress if she could give us take out containers and the bill with our food. The reason being is that we were going to watch my daughter's hockey game which was 1.5 hrs after the time we got to the restaurant.It was 1 hr 10 mins when we got our food. We had to woof it down and put the rest in take out containers.My mom's fries were terrible, all crumbs and full of salt. The half sandwich was also terrible, the white bread was dry and the chicken had skin on it. My mom is a senior. She was so disappointed. We will never go back. We will go to Denny's . It's way better.Also, my husband I went there like a year ago. I thought it might be better but it's the same. Service, and food suck.

Service was horrible, they didn't even have steak and didn't notify me until much after if ordering our food . Didn't get our drinks until about 40 mins later , the service sucked, food sucked , the atmosphere sucked and our bill, omg, not worth the food or service or experience.
