Kfc - Kingston

Ordered 1 chicken breast meal. Door dash delivered 3 tenders, door dasher said they didn't have what you ordered this is what they gave me. It was 3 tenders, no biscuit no sauce. Called shop to get corrected order and the not so nice clerk said theydon't have any bone in chicken so you get what we have. If I wanted chicken tenders I would have ordered them and not wasted mytime or money with this ill managed shop !

Went there for take out. Ordered a 16pc extra crispy with slaw, mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese as our sides. Food came out within 5 minutes and was quick and painless. The store was pretty clean besides some small crumbs and spills on one table. I wasthe only one inside, but they were still all pretty busy. The cashier didn't have a bad attitude and answered any questions Ihad, but it was clear he didn't want to be there and was not very personable, but the guy who gave me my order was nice. Thefood was really good and what I expected from KFC, but the only issues was that the batter and skin on the chicken was partiallysoggy and fell off when I got home. I don't have this issue with Popeyes, but over all dinner was still good as there was stillsome crunch to the chicken. Would go back in the future if I wanted some quick take out.

The personal was professional. the food was hot. good service.good was good as it is always.

They have really declined. The staff seems totally lost, and there’s a lack of care that makes for a depressing atmosphere. Additionally, their drive-thru is currently out of service, so good luck to anyone who decides to go. I don’t think the visit will be worth your time.

I ordered an 8-piece bucket, but they ran out of bone-in chicken! There was no chicken at KFC. I received chicken strips instead, but there was no discount offered for not being able to fulfill my original order.
