Contribuisci feedbackI ordered food online at 9:48 because they said they closed at 11pm. I got a confirmation email saying my order was received but it never came. So at 10:45 I called to see if anyone was coming before they closed and they said they had canceled the order because they were closing when I put it in even though it was within normal business hours. I received no cancelation email and no phone call. I understand if you close early and cannot fill out an order but if so you need to communicate with the customer because now I have a group of people who are hungry but by the time I got the information about the cancelation (which I had to go out and find for myself) everything else was also closing. Can’t comment on the food itself but I will surely be taking my business elsewhere.Edit: in response to the owners comment, I understand if online orders have a different time than the actual store but it was not made clear enough on the website and if that is the case the system should not have let me order or there should not have been an email sent out confirming my order. So I would recommend reprograming your website to avoid confusion for future customers. Also a phone call or an email regarding the cancelation still would have been nice so that I knew the order was in fact canceled.
I love this place. I order delivery from here often, and the food is always hot and delicious. The drivers are really nice too!
They just cancelled their order on us. Frustrating experience
The first time I got a pizza the bottom crust was doughy. I didn't make a fuss because it was takeout and it was ready way before we got there. The second time I had a calzone eating in and the same thing. I'm guessing it was not being cooked enough on the bottom. But the last visit, all was good and flavorful! Maybe it depends on the cook.
