Good food, great service, nice place to eat but turn the AC down, thanks

Should really be a 0. Place has gone downhill in recent years. Placed an order and was misquoted by 45 minutes. When addressed, the girl blamed it on Door Dash (I ordered via phone with Papa Gino's, was never told DD would even be involved) and gave nothing but attitude. I cancelled the order on the spot and yet a week later I am still having to contact their corporate team to get my refund.

Excellent customer service cute team leader and amazing cheese steak sandwich. Food was fresh and hot great fries.

ALL OF THE STAFF ARE SO KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. MY FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH.

My son had hockey tryouts that ended after close. He loves Papa Gino’s pizza and breadsticks. Called and the employee that answered said they would stay open and make it happen. That’s the customer service that deserves a review. Shout out to Bree for having an amazing staff! Thank you !
