Sweet N Spicy Cafe - Kingston

The food was delicious! However, both my wife and I ended up with food poisoning. It appears that they may have some issues, as their health inspection scores seem to be quite low.

We drove to North Carolina and decided to stop for a meal. While exploring the city, we came across Sweet/Spicy Café, a cozy spot that felt like home cooking. The place was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We ordered the egg salad and tuna salad sandwiches, along with a piece of chocolate cake and sweet tea. Everything was really delicious and just what we were craving. They also offered a buffet, which looked tempting, but we didn't need that much food. I would definitely eat there again when I'm back in the area!

This charming café in a small town offers some of the finest farmhouse-style cooking you’ll ever experience! I highly recommend it to anyone seeking delicious Southern cuisine!

Ordered a wedding cake and it tasted like sawdust. My wife and I are very unhappy with what we paid for.
