Once I read the menu, I knew it was delicious. there is a separate vegan menu with many options, and some gluten-free choices also! I tried the polnta bruschetta, the aubergineparm, roasted kartoffeln and Brussels spear.
This restaurant is a total joy! it is beautiful, clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. they have a vegan menu and a tonne gluten-free options. even the free brot that they can sever be wgf and it is delicious! my fiancé and I loved it so much as we went, we decided for our little high-time dinner. I'm leaving to go.
It can be hard to find good vegan Italian options, but this restaurant has a whole vegan menu! we had the orrechetti with Broccoli rave and the aubergine sea and both were from this world! the aubergine was incredible. I am surprised that I rarely see people eating there because it is so good and the staff was super friendly. it's a really great date spot!
Pallizata has relaunched and it's better than ever. They still have a separate vegan menu and lovely dining area, but they also now have a small market up front with Italian import foods like pastas, olive oils, jarred beans, and even hard to find vegan cold cut slices by Good Green (aka Mia) which are the best! I had the orechiette with broccoli rabe, my wife had rigatoni with tomato sauce w/ Beyond Meat. Both were excellent. Many great side dishes and appetizers in addition to the pastas and entrees. Bread and olive oil is served before your meal. We were given free refills of sparkling water during our meal. So nice to have authentic vegan Italian food in Kingston.
