I also got a possibility of regular gluten-free crust or cauliflower crust - a special offer this evening, I think. The toppings were cheaper for the Mini Marco than for the regular pizzas that came in at least three sizes. The pizza was crispy at the edges and inside the chewiers. It had a fairly high ratio of vegan cheese to tomato sauce. I found it very tasty vegan pizza, although I'm not a huge pizza eater. The vegan cheese is also available for stromboli and other cheese-containing classics. But did you notice the steamed broccoli, salads and sauteed broccoli rave on the menu? I got no chance to try, partly because I started with salads elsewhere. Health note: Compared to many restaurants that emphasize plant-based options, I did not see many signs of organic ingredients or avoiding the usual food additives, etc. On the building: Gently illuminated interior with many large windows. Very like a typical pizza place inside. Some people ate at a bar; I chose a table for a personal space. I mentioned my hostess that I was vegan and understood. As I remember, I got a choice sitting. My server was helpful with occasional reviews to see how it was. There were numerous facilities of a full service restaurant, such as cloth napkins, real plates, cutlery, etc., evidence. A very solid and pleasant vegan pizza experience.
Debt between two and three stars. The crust was thick and chewing, which is not my favorite style, but some like it. The sauce was decent to write nothing at home, but average. Daiya cheese is Daiya cheese love it or hate it when you love it or like it, it is what they use.
When I went there with my family, they only had the opportunity for personal pizzas that were expensive and not very good. Many options, but since the transition from a Ma and Pop Pizza shop to a gourmet restaurant, their quality seems to have gone a bit down
