Order arrived 50 minutes after estimated delivery time and was cold and soggy having to warm it up in microwave to make it bearable. Garlic bread looks like it’s been made by a 5 year old. At least the Pepsi was nice (not like they can get it wrong)

Tonight we ordered from yourself’s , Never have we been so let down then tonight! I ordered because I’d been on my feet all day, and really couldn’t be bothered to cook when I’m going to be doing that tomorrow. I ordered 2 minutes before 7pm, Yes I understand you maybe be busy Never did I anticipate 2 Hours!. I rang to ask where our food order was at 8:20 which already was 1 hour and 20 minutes late!. I was told “ It will be 5 minutes as it’s in shop waiting for delivery driver”. Again, fair play Christmas Eve and you are busy but honestly at least stick to what you say. Finally our food arrives 8:45 Two hours past when we ordered!!!.. I could also understand it if I ordered a house full. A pizza and chips is not the end of the world. Like I said food came... Well I wish I rang back before it came and asked for refund! Pizza was cold! Chips was like yesterday’s and we haven’t touched the free garlic bread because as usual we don’t like the garlic bread, but at this point I was fuming anyway. The mere fact it’s Christmas Eve and my children usually go bed early so we can get things sorted, and tonight to have it ruined that they went to bed with full tummy full of cold pizza! Even my daughter moaned it was cold and it’s her favourite! Won’t be back I know it’s first time but it’s first time to many. You can’t stick to what to say then I can’t stick with you either

Normally enjoy our takeaways from here but not tonight! The driver delivered our order late but the thing that has annoyed me was that he’d been parked up outside for a good ten minutes on his phone!!!! I would have refused to accept the order when he finally knocked at the door but everyone was staving and I knew they’d only take ages to remake and redeliver so we made do. We definitely won’t be returning!
