Bliss Bar Restaurant

Think it is fantastic resturant and the food is beautiful. Steak is highly recommended, drinks and cocktails also highly recommended. The place is lovely, really do recommend to everybody to go there. Really made my birthday going. Top restaurant and deffinatly going again. Beautiful place.

Went in for a drink with my boyfriend before a meal down Princess Ave, we wouldn't have gone in unless the staff outside talked us into it and we felt bad for them. Not a single other customer, half the drinks on tap were off,...the barmaid didn't know how to make a pornstar martini and we had to wait a good while for her to be shown how to do it. The music was blaring out, really loud for just people. Had to shout to hear each other. The decor looks tacky, ultra modern and cheap. Not a patch on other bars in the area. Even when I pass Bliss now it seems to always be extreamly quiet, while other bars almost next door are full of people. We left as soon as our drinks were finished and I highly doubt we will return.

My husband and I decided to dine out on Friday night after a long week. We chose Bliss, a newly opened restaurant, and we were so glad we did. It was absolutely amazing! I ordered the Chilli con Carne Enchilada and my husband had the Grilled Steak Burrito. Both dishes were delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning soon. We visited here with friends after a meal. There seemed to be a wide variety of drinks on offer. After running through six pumps that were off I settled for one of over two beers that remained on offer. The staff seemed unsure of themselves...although the one serving us did admit that she was new to the job. The place was empty despite a pleasant young man walking around outside with a board inviting people in. atmosphere was cold and uninviting. To improve you have to ensure that what your pumps are stocked with what you are offering.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, the service is great, and the staff is friendly. We tried the Chilli Con Carne Quesadilla Killa and the Cajun Chicken Quesadilla Killa, both of which were delicious. They also have San Miguel on tap and a Banana Split that is amazing. Come on down and unwind.
