Gadgie Burger

My friend and I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our order of 2 burgers and chips. When we called to inquire about our food, we received an unprofessional and rude response, claiming they couldn't find our house even though it was just down an alley. We ended up going back to the restaurant to pick up our order ourselves. Instead of contacting us if they were having trouble finding our house, they simply forgot about us. After finally receiving our food, we found the chips to be soggy and the burgers cold. We were given 2 free drinks as a meager apology. It's a shame because we had heard great things about this place.

This place is near where I work and give a taste of how much I like this place, my secret Christmas gift from colleagues was a cup with the menu on. the same name gadgie burger is my favorite. it's not the best burger I ever had. probably not in the top 3. the sweet of maple cured bacon is beautiful and the burger is juicy, but the patty has not the taste of bleeker in london for example. it is however about half the price, as the best burgers I have eaten and the array and quality of the side is excellent! I would recommend gadgie north over the original load on the anlaby road, but either is a big burger. correct northern portions and prices!

As a last minute thing we desired to try here having tried dope burger have to say the burgers was massive and very tasty and not to greasy like dope but having tucked in to my pizza chips that was a massive hair wasant mine...as I don't have any! to some people it's not a big problem but for a premium nearly £12 I expect basic hygiene (hairnets) can't fault the meal but this has put me of future visits

I have been here for 6 months, I only live the street so ringing and the longest I have waited for myself at peak times is about 15 minutes, my normal job is a kater burger and pizzafries (which. I ask you to surprise me with the beats and I can not ask for more, great eating, great staff, beautiful burger!

As a taxi driver discussing different food places in and around Hull, I chose to try Gadgie Burger based on the positive reviews. I was not disappointed in any way, as the meal was delicious and definitely worth it. We ordered the meat box with fries and coleslaw, which was a flavorful and generously portioned meal. We plan on ordering delivery from there again in the future rather than dining in.
