Hamgipak - Kingston upon Thames

I recently visited a new painting and had the chance to try out one of the small Korean restaurants on the main street. I had heard great reviews about Hamgipak, so I decided to stop by on my way from the train station. The weather was quite chilly and the restaurant's windows were fogged up.

The flavors of the food at this restaurant were remarkably similar to what we had in Korea. Everything was delicious, with the seafood pancake standing out as a highlight - perfectly golden brown and crispy. The service was also excellent, with our waitress patiently making recommendations to the Indian family seated next to us. As we were leaving, she even suggested we check out a Korean event happening nearby.

The best tasting Korean cuisine in the city. the pajeon is so crispy. every dish is super delicious. I've come here many times, eating is quite consistent. if they are not in the mood for Korean bbq, this is the place to be. they would recommend to book in advance as it is not a big restaurant. the service is always friendly and warm. love this place!

Came for the bank holiday to london and had to stop at imone. from the moment we arrived, the staff was very accommodating, especially since we had not booked a table. the room is not the largest, but it is nice as it makes the service feel more personal. the personal is attentive and is pleased to explain the courts when they have asked. the soybean stone was hot and tasted amazing. the kimichi pancake was very crispy and the noodles were delicious. in any case, a visit must take place if they like Korean food and are in london.

Lovely small family run restaurant. The food came out quickly, so fresh and crispy. Everything seasoned perfectly. If only Imome wasn't so far from Manchester I'd dine here regularly for sure!
