Nawab To Go - Kingston upon Thames

I ordered tandoori chicken from this restaurant and was very disappointed. It took over an hour to be delivered and when it finally arrived, it was cold, smelly, and poorly cooked. This is not authentic tandoori chicken from India, but some other dish from another country. I will never waste my money here again.

After taking a risk and ordering a delivery directly over the phone from this small takeaway, I was pleasantly surprised. The owner was polite and accommodating. The food arrived promptly, in good condition and without excess packaging. The dishes were delicious and well-presented. I would definitely order from this establishment again. The local council has given them a hygiene rating of four out of five.

I would not recommend this takeout restaurant. As soon as we opened the boxes, we decided not to eat the food. It was clear that there was a lot of MSG in the dishes. The food seemed like it was leftovers from the day before. When we calculated the total cost, we noticed that the restaurant had added an extra pound, a deceptive practice that is common among some dishonest establishments. The Meat Thali was priced at 13.95, but the portion size was only worth about 6-7 pounds. The Prawn Biryani, priced at 8.95, only contained around 10 small prawns in the container. The restaurant was also very dirty, both inside and over the counter.

Nice Indian restaurant with good food and very good prices, the madras was very nice I’ll highly recommend this place

Regularly order from Nawab to Go but this is the second time that it has been really cold on delivery. Shouldn’t have to reheat a takeaway so that it is edible. Used to throw in a free popadom or two but nothing given now, slightly downhill unfortunately. Food is really good though.
