Pizza On Thames - Kingston upon Thames

Absolutely appalling service, we ordered a family pizza deal and paid cash on delivery around 7:30pm, even told the delivery driver to keep the change! At 10:30pm the delivery driver turned up knocking on our front door, waking our kids up, claiming we had not paid for the pizza! After calling them up, all we got was a sorry! We will never use them again...

The food, including cold pizza, chicken wings, and garlic bread, arrived at the table. The garlic bread, with only two rolls, did not even taste like garlic. I would not dine at this restaurant again.

Agreed on the phone to put garlic on my pizza base. Arrived with no tomato (no I'm not kidding! They agreed to bring another one. When they did I opened the door to the driver fuming shouting very loudly and waving his hands in my face

Ordered from these guys via there menu for one of there deals which wa £17:99. once i made my order and advised i would like to pay by card i was told there was a 50p service charge . When i questioned this i was told if i paid cash then no 50p charge. What i have gathered from this is that they are trying to add a surcharge on to card payments despite this being made illegal and there way around it is to call it a service charge. Definately will not be using them again.

We frequently visit this restaurant for an affordable family takeout meal. The prices are reasonable and the pizza is fresh and delicious. We have no complaints about the quality of the food. We order from here about three times a month. If you collect your order, you can get an extra-large pizza for just £7.50. Give it a try and decide for yourself. We really enjoy eating here!
