Good curry at a very reasonable price. Welcoming staff. The dhansak is lovely along with the saag and birianhi.. would recommend
THIS RESTAURANT IS DIVINE. It is our FAVOURITE ever restaurant for Indian food. Writing this is making me so hungry. I have tried countless Indian takeaways, even tho I am South Asian myself and can eat the same food at home! Hands down, there is nothing in England which can beat this restaurant. We have been coming here as a family for over 20 years. It is simply superb. The chicken tikka biryani is a firm favourite. I also love the chicken madras or vindaloo! The tandoori chicken is just so succulent and flavoursome. Oh it is just so superb. PLEASE give it a go. It's incredible.
Been going to Sarada for years , up until the hygiene shut down the food no matter what dish the sauces where incredible the chicken proper roast chicken the chef was amazing !! yes the place was a bit of a dive but that’s what I love about a good curry the Indian or Bangladesh music the old fashioned ambience and a dam good curry Ive been eating curry’s for the last 46 years I think I know a good one from when my parents used to go to the local years and years ago with there own china bowls , fill up and most of the curries on the bone sorry to go off on a tangent Back to now the chefs gone the great old chefs gone , been back 5 times and each time it’s got worse I can never go back the food is dreadful I’m afraid to say this restaurant is hanging by a thread and unless they get a new chef this curry house will shut , where are all the great chefs gone can’t tell you where I go now for fear of overcrowding, please trust my reviews there honest facts
Sunday evening 16th September and we visited this restaurant for the first time in about 4 years, as we moved from the area. It is situated a short walk from the Travelodge in Tolworth, where we were staying the night. The resturant has had its problems recently, but delighted to report that it has now reopened and has been refurbished and redecorated and it looked really well. We ordered a chicken jalfrezi, chicken rogan gosh, a rice and a chapatti we also ordered 2 large bottles of Cobra beer. Our food when served was very tasty, and the food was as good as ever. We had a most enjoyable meal, and really good value, our bill was just over £25.
