Weldfinn - Kingston upon Thames

Had to make a cancellation with the food I ordered from Just Eat, waited two hours and been told I need to wait another 45 minutes to get my order. So 2 hours 45 minutes for a dinner? I can have a nice dinner in Paris by that time. Been told to make the cancellation from Just Eat, which I did and they went to confirmed the order was actually delivered. Can't believe people can be dishonest like that. I'm now contacting Just Eat and the restaurant back and forth, wasted 2 hours in contacting both ends to get them resolved, still can't do anything about that. Hence they deserved such review.

This was really good, we ordered a variety bucket , delivery driver did not complain that the lift was out of order and he had to go up 4 flights of stairs , it arrived very quickly and was hot , so much food , spicy and tasty ,enough for 4 people and a good variety , would recommend and will order from them again .

DISCUSTING MAN!!!!! TALKED TO ME LIKE I WAS NOTHING ! We waited 2 hours for our takeaway and the man tells us the driver has been ringing our number when we had no calls to the number we gave him. We called him every 10 minutes for the second hour and he just kept telling us 2 minutes 2 minutes and the drivers not even here? This place is honestly a joke how.disrespectful to over talk a customer on the phome and put the phone down on me 3 times and then tell me im lying!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IN A MILLION YEARS THIS MAN SHOULDNT EVEN HAVE A BUSINESS!!! SHOULD GET SHUT DOWN ITS DISCUSTING.

As soon as you enter, you can see and smell the delicious, golden fried chicken.The service is great, the staff are nice and best of all, it is Halal!!!. Will definitely be returning many times in the near future!

Surprisingly very beautiful! huh is delicious, chips are even better and cheap! I believe they also use high quality ingredients here, shop is kept very clean and they even have a bathroom. very impressed and my favorite chicken shop in kingston! high interest
