Mcdonald's - Kingsville

Ordered a chicken McMuffin and was told to wait in spot 4 which is on other side of building. This spot was labeled for on line orders only. There was someone already there. When I went inside to enquire I was given attitude from 2 different employees. I was finally given my order. The McMuffins bun was burnt black and had to be thrown out. The other half of the order was cold from sitting so long. Will never go to this McDonalds again

I went through the drive through and ordered my meal, the lady that helped us was nice and when we got to the first window, she was in a unpleasant mood i asked if she could possibly split our order in half (which we have done MANY times before) and she yelled at me saying that i need to do that before and know what i want before i pay for it and she was complaining about having to delete the whole order and put it through all over again, her customer service was absolutely disgusting and she was very disrespectful, i stay calm the whole time and nicely told her just to cancel it then if she had a problem and she yells again saying she already put it through, i still said nevermind and she got extremely upset with me and my friend.

Don't eat here if you are in a hurry. Every time there is a long wait in a reserve spot for your food regardless of how busy it

I don’t know what is happened to McDonald’s lattes. The last two I have purchased there have been more steam milk than coffee. I was a staunch defender of McDonald’s especially for the coffee for years, but I won’t be wasting any more money on their lattes in the future.

Fair service the food is as you would expect for fast food but it's fast and available when you need
