The service was timely and polite, the menu enticing, and we left in a very good mood. This was exactly what we needed. The lobster ravioli was excellent and the veal was lovely. Bella
My wife and I visited on September 17th for our anniversary. We just moved to Kingsville and had not been to this restaurant before. I was able to make a 6:00pm reservation only 48 hrs prior which was great for a Friday night dinner. We...arrived on time and were greeted by the courteous wait staff. Our table was cleaned and ready no waiting even though the place was very busy). The ambiance was what you might expect from a nice Italian restaurant. While the place was busy, I noted that it wasn’t overly loud, which made conversation for us easier. Our waitress Christie I believe, sorry if I got that wrong) was prompt with menus and a wine list. I was pleased to see the wine list had some local selections. They also had a nice selection of martinis. The menu has a typical Italian selection with reasonable prices. You won’t go broke having a nicer meal at this place. We both ordered different pasta dishes which come with a house salad or soup, and a Charcuterie board as a starter. The board was very nicely done, and we liked that we had the choice of a smaller board. Of course you get fresh buns and an olive oil/ balsamic dipping sauce like you would expect at a nicer Italian place. Our food was timed perfectly. Not too quick like they were rushing you out the door, and not to slow that you ever had to ask for anything. Christie attended to all our needs even though we noticed she was busy with several tables. The place clearly knows time management. Our pasta dishes were both excellent! Both had a nice homemade twist that I haven’t found in other Italian places. If we thought our experience couldn’t get any better, we were wrong. Patrons at a table next to us must have heard us toasting our anniversary, because they had a small bottle of champagne sent over to us and the couple behind us that were also celebrating an anniversary. When the wine was almost done, Christie brought over a complimentary tiramisu for us as well. We left, stuffed, and with doggie bags and a nice dessert to enjoy later. Very nice first impression O’Sarracino!
Looked like a romantic restaurant for an anniversary but it was loud and busy even during Covid. The candles on the tables were not lit. The acoustics were not good to deflect sound so it was noisy. The service was ok but servers seemed busy...and unorganized with having tables both inside and out. The rigatoni pasta was good.
I have been going to this restaurant for a few years now. The food is consistently good and they have a nice selection of wines from both local and international sources. The atmosphere is elegant, so make sure to dress appropriately and look presentable; no old jeans allowed. I consider the prices to be mid-range compared to other establishments in the area, and I have friends from Windsor who frequent high-end restaurants but always choose to come here when visiting. I particularly like the ambiance inside the restaurant - it's not too crowded and has a welcoming vibe. The outdoor deck is high and open, which may seem intimidating at first, but ultimately adds to the beautiful atmosphere. The staff is mostly young and friendly, with a few still learning the ropes. I attended a bachelorette party there in September and everyone was beautifully dressed and in great spirits. I have also noticed local regulars dining there on weekdays, which speaks volumes about the quality of the food and service. Hopefully, they will adjust their prices by September 2022.
