El Dorado - Kingsville

El dorado is my favorite Mexican restaurant in kingsville! the al pastor chimichanga is amazing! I love the chips, salsa and queso while you wait. the service is excellent. friendly server and very fast. also try the Habanero sauce! simple parking space. carne asada chimichanga is also ingenious. I come here at least once a week. reminds me of home in san diego, California, but bigger and more cheese! love it! texas style. 10/10

I'll come back. today was an adventurous solo trip, but it was great so that I decided to return again and bring wifey next time. the breakdown: the portions are here seriously texas size huge. I would recommend sharing a meal with 2 adults, unless they want to take a Doggy bag home or they are a professional more competitive eater. my waitress said that the poblano fajitas fajitas are the best thing on the menu, so I took their recommendation. she was definitiw not lying, it came out sizzling in a cast iron and on the first sight I was impressed. I decided to mix flour tortillas and chicken steak. I liked that and steak as well, so I think I made the right call. the flourtortillas were huge, hot, fluffy and tasty, so I am very happy with my selection. everything was really great, but the salsa that comes with the court was the real star of this show. I think I drank some big glasses of it. Yeah, that was good. I went solo so I had a full meal to warm up later or tomorrow. shoutouts to my waitress (sorry that I didn't catch her name) and hate to the cook. make her little youngs eat and the experience were both great. The breakfast tacos are amazing! I had bacon, egg cheese and papa, bean, cheese. let me tell them they were both hot and fresh. the tortillas were so good! the salsa was right for me, I know we can all fight over salsa. Some like it hotter than others. I loved it so much that my coworker had commanded me to go for us, and I had the fajita chicken chimichanga with red sauce and that was also amazing and love it all. can not wait to try more items from the menu! I'm back to the finals.

Have always enjoyed this facility. good food, good prices, large portions. that's worth it!

The staff was so nice, and the enchiladas was omg so good, and the rice and beans tasted so good
