Sub Way Kingswood

Meatball sub was only acceptable, but the salat was mostly stalk, brown and devastated. obviously not fresh. it took 10 minutes to make a sandwich and they load the same as any other subway for a meal deal still give them lidl's own brand wars that taste like karton, instead of the usual name brand, quality options. instead, they get the worst and most favorable scratches available. very slow and bad quality. we will never return to this special one again.

This restaurant has the most unprofessional staff at the university. They only work when they feel like it and frequently cancel orders without explanation. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

When we entered the restaurant, we sanitized our hands and stood at the counter. The woman working there seemed to acknowledge our frustration, but it took about 5 minutes for her to take our order, even though she wasn't busy and the place was empty. The woman's attitude was not only rude towards us, but also towards her coworker. The customer service was lacking, especially for our small order of a kids' meal and two value meals. The coworker tried to prepare our order but made mistakes, even though they were not given clear instructions by the woman. It seems like both employees need better training and a better understanding of what it means to work at a Subway restaurant.

Last month, I had to visit Nepean Hospital and this Subway restaurant is just a 5-minute walk away. I can say that the store is clean and the food quality and portions are both excellent. I am a frequent Subway customer, but this location deserves 5 stars. It's refreshing to see that such quality shops still exist. Definitely worth a try.

I love subway, it's probably my favourite fast food restaurant. However, I often find when visiting Kingswood's store they are very tight on how much salad they put on their subs. When you ask for extra they will give it, but not without looking at...you as if you've just asked them to offer up their first-born as a sacrifice!!
