I was behind a customer in line when a guy and a girl were really rude to one of the employees who didn't deserve it.

The manager at this Jersey Mike's today was absolutely wonderful! Since I had never been to Jersey Mike's before, I was a bit unsure, but he helped me choose the perfect sandwich. When I accidentally left my dog's meat treat inside, he even came out in the rain to make sure my dog got his snack as well. I've definitely found my new favorite sandwich shop! I've never had such a pleasant experience while just trying to grab a bite to eat—it truly warmed my heart. I love it!

Then, the sandwich maker arrived and asked for my order. After I told him what I wanted, he pulled out an order pad and began asking everyone behind me for their orders, writing down their sandwich preferences, types of bread, and so on. This brought the entire process to a standstill, and I must have been standing there for over five minutes before he even began making my sandwich. Once it was finally made and dressed to my liking, I paid and headed to get my drink. That’s when I discovered that the tea hadn’t been made and the dispensers weren’t even assembled. The sandwich was delicious as always, but the service was by far the strangest I’ve ever experienced. It was quite painful to watch the whole process unfold.

My boyfriend and I both worked here. The atmosphere was constantly toxic and full of drama. The supposed manager never really managed anything and was never there half the time. Alcohol was being drunk by workers on the job and nothing was done about it, as well as people just showing up to work. Not to mention, my boyfriend not only got punched in the face by a coworker while on the phone with his boss and was told to sweep it under the rug, but he also was shoved by a woman, and then because he pushed her back he was fired. They absolutely did not do anything to defend him and they do not care about their workers. The names of corporate managers are Bobby and Scott, and the manager of the rock creek store is Christian. They wronged my boyfriend and I do not recommend eating at this franchise!

I walked in today to get some lunch and I have never been to a Jersey mikes before.They welcomed me so sweetly and a gentleman helped me figure out exactly what to try. They also gave me a free cookie given it was my first time there.I have not seen a group of better employees anywhere in such a long time.Thank you
