Shipley Do-nuts - KINGWOOD

I’ve tried to give this location a chance. I’ve visited about 10 times and every single time, the donuts are cold, hard, gross. We all know what 2 day old donuts look like and you can definitely tell these are old then slapped with icing in the AM. The regular glazed donuts are always bad. I’ve only gotten a fresh bag of donut holes once. $18 for some 2 day old donuts? No thank you. Not to mention, you sometimes feel like you’re bothering the employees by coming to the store. It’s very strange. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go somewhere else. Try Citizens Donuts on west lake Houston. Well worth the extra minutes to drive there.

Quick, affordable oil change and inspection. Nice employees, they even made me chuckle a few times. Thanks for the quick and great service!

Glad there's a neighborhood shipley's but my god the service here is upsetting. I always catch an attitude if i'm in the drive thru and ask for something that you are out of. But today, I decided to skip the attitude and go inside to see what's available. Doors are locked and signs direct you to use the drive thru. Nonsense.

Visiting family in Kingwood (far from home in Denton), I could not help but step back into my childhood and grab a chocolate filled donut. Thanks for the food memory!

Absolutely horrible customer service. No one greeted me, they all stood around laughing with one another and finally they go up to a different customer that was there after me. Owner should fire them all before they put them out of
