Tropical Smoothie Cafe - KINGWOOD

We arrived at 7:30 to get a smoothie, but when we got there, they waited for me to help my pregnant girlfriend out of the truck before turning off the open sign. According to their online hours, they are supposed to close at 8:00.

The veggie hummus wrap is absolutely fantastic, and the smoothies are incredibly tasty!

As we were leaving, a man—who wasn't wearing a uniform and might have been her boyfriend or maybe an off-duty employee—got up from his seat at the counter and came over to our table. He started inspecting it and pointed at a napkin we had accidentally left behind, shaking his head disapprovingly as if trying to make us feel guilty. It was all just very uncomfortable. Despite this unusual experience, we will continue to enjoy Tropical Smoothie, but we won't be returning to this location. The other two staff members were great, and the food was delicious, but the behavior of the Asian girl and the man made our visit quite weird.

First time being here , the food was good , however red hair chick , incredibly rude and even after being rude proceeded to rush me paying saying repeatedly “ cash or card ?!?! “ cash or card ?!?! “ rolling eyes attitude. For a first time being here , even though the food was good I will not be coming back with horrible service like this. Apart from all of this , when the guy that came in after us ordered she was laughing , smiling giggling and being incredibly nice to him. So being rude to me for no reason , and rushing in a horrible manner right after trying to get my money out , horrible service! Need better service or better people working here

Chicken pesto flatbread was sooo good. Also enjoyed our smoothies. They had our food and smoothies prepared quickly.
