Bojangles - Kinston

This Bojangles drive-thru is incredibly slow. The first time I visited, I assumed they were just busy. However, on my second visit with only 4 cars ahead of me, it still took over 20 minutes to place my order and an additional 10 minutes to receive my food. Despite the long wait, the food was good.

Every time I request extra cucumbers, I still only receive four. This is consistent across all Bojangles locations in the Kinston area. However, other than that, they are excellent!

Elderly patrons may make you feel uncomfortable with their stares, but I simply focus on enjoying my meal and ignore any unwanted attention. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience at the restaurant.

My french fries were cold. And my grilled chicken sandwich didn't have no condiments on it. And no tomatoes or lettuce. I was very disappointed.

We come this way to visit some friends every few months, and for some reason we always forget not to stop here. I'm a huge fan of bojangles and stop at one in my travels at least twice a week. This stores quality is by far the worst I've encountered,without fail the food is always cold, stale, and just plain distasteful. The employees all seem that they are one comment fromsnapping. I leave this store wishing I went to McDonald's instead
