Hibachi Express - Kinston

I know many people say that the service is bad, but I'm sorry if you go there as you have some sense that woman treat you super! For me some of the best service in a restaurant in this city.

Im giving it four stars because the food here is amazing. I would give it five stars but they are closed from 6pm Friday night until Monday at lunch, they are losing business by not serving the community during the weekend. Anyway, its like a take-out Hibachi restaurant at a fraction of the cost of a Japanese steak house. The steak and rice bowl, or the chicken and rice bowl with mushrooms are amazing and the white hibachi sauce you get here to put on your rice bowls is fantastic. If you have not stopped in here you should really give it a try!

I've been eating at this Hibachi Express for years and I've always loved food there. However, customer service in the past was lacking as the pandemic I feel as if it improved. They're not just taking off. I called my order and when I was there, it was ready to be picked up. You have a rule of only one card per person, so if you are a business and one person picks up several orders for different people being aware that they only accept one card. I got the chicken stable and my staff got the chicken and mushroom bowl. My food was warm and delicious. I would recommend it.

My favorite hibachi place in Kinston. Delicious food and great white sauce. Good amount of food for the price.
